Breakthrough in protection of e-Passports

Terrorists and drug-dealers of all continents, for crossing borders and getting weapon, carrying out of bank operations and legalizations of incomes use fake of photos, forms of passports, financial documents, credit cards, holographic labels, stroke of codes, and etc.. There is a problem of the falsification of passports and bank documents not only in Russia but also in the all countries of the world.

Russia, Moscow, on December 24, 2005. RIMCO XXI company (http://www.rimco.ru) and MicroTag TEMED Ltd. (http://www.microtag-temed.com) have declared signing the agreement on intentions and are planning to develop and introduce the new electronic passport (e-passport) protected from a fake and the mobile identification terminal for an establishment of authenticity of e-passports in interests of Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel, the USA, and India.
The absolutely new patented decisions of RIMCO XXI on protection of e-passports and documents contain five the most effective technologies in the world: the technology of Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), the technology of contactless smarts-cards of microcontrollers, the biometric technology, and also the technology new patented Magnetic Resonance Metal-Transponders (MRMT) in a combination to modern the technology of a magnetic resonance.
Magnetic Resonance Technology (MRT) for authentication is novel in the market of security products currently in use. Presently, all products in this market belong mostly to either the magnetic or optic effects. A small percentage use RFID techniques. MRT makes use of physical effect at the atom level thus, first, coming from a totally new direction, second, using very complicated effects making the life of the forgers very difficult. The protection provided to the e-Passport (e-ID card, document etc.) is by means of tagging it with minute quantity (several micrograms to a few milligrams - depending on the usage mode) the MRMT. The MRMT - new material, a mixture of specific minerals, is chemically inert, not radio active, and non-toxic, is sensed by a special detector which is a special radio transceiver. Upon being hit with a specific electromagnetic signal or sequence of signals, the tag material emits a unique response signal. This system, as explained, is non magnetic, not optical and not the standard RFID system. The response signal is not a reflection or an echo of the transmitted one. Thus no known detector, currently in the market, can detect the presence of our tag material. This makes our materiel invisible in the tagged document or card as well as difficult to forge. The detector reads the presence of the tag material from a small distance (1-10 mm) and is contact-less with the tagged object. In fact it reads the tag material through layers of paper, plastic, dirt, oil etc. making it superior to all magnetic and optical protection systems.
The experts of RIMCO XXI and MicroTag TEMED Ltd are sure that in technologies on struggle against falsification of documents must be used the most advanced and hi-tech decisions based on complex physical effects, and "potential" offenders and terrorists do not know about this information. The law enforcement bodies should possess the most effective means - mobile identification terminals working in networks GSM/GPRS for check of authenticity of passports, identification cards, credit cards, monetary banknotes. The agreement have been signed by RIMCO-XXI - the general director is Sergey Mosienko and MicroTag TEMED Ltd - the general director is doctor Yuri Rosenfeld.
