New York urban wear designer Monty Simmons has opened a t-shirt production facility for organizers of events helping victims of Hurricane Katrina.

New York urban wear designer Monty Simmons has opened a special East Coast custom t-shirt production facility open 24-hours-a-day for organizers of events helping victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Simmons, principal designer for Allgood Wear and publisher of the online fashion news portal, Monty's Manhattan (http://www.montysmanhattan.com), is donating his services for events that will use custom t-shirts to better organize volunteers and help issue a call-to-action.
Projects can be completed in one session, from digital manipulation of a design, to screen preparation, to printing and drying.
Simmons oversees t-shirt production much like a master printer in a fine art lithograph studio. His own designs reference different civilizations throughout history but also have a street feel that appeals to teens and young adults. He prefers to work quickly, often putting new t-shirts on the street at sunrise and testing reaction at clubs that evening. His clients who commission custom t-shirts are all dot-coms and dot-orgs who use high-impact graphics to convey organizational messages.
Interested parties may call Simmons directly at 917-721-1657, or email him at monty@montysmanhattan.com.
Note: all t-shirts are 100% U.S. made.
